For this final assignment we decided to analyze Spritten area in Aalborg, Danmark.

​

The Danske Spritfabrikker, more commonly called Spritten, is a master- piece of Danish industrial architecture and a testament to a production of national importance. The distillery is a particularly distinctive element in Aalborg, a sharply demarcated area between city, fjord and railway. With its square structure, the facility is carefully adapted to the urban context. For its time, it was a model factory where scientific knowledge was translated into technological practice in a thoroughly rationalized production process.
