This project involves the renovation of a rural Italian villa, carried out in collaboration with Arch. Daniela Tomassini. The aim of the intervention is to preserve the historical identity of the property while enhancing its comfort and usability for contemporary living.

The design approach focuses on:

• Restoring original architectural features,

• Reorganizing interior spaces for improved functionality,

• And integrating subtle modern elements that complement, rather than alter, the villa’s character.

The project balances heritage sensitivity and modern reinterpretation, ensuring that the villa maintains its cultural presence while supporting present-day lifestyles.
