Boncampello Villa, located in Sicily, was acquired by a private client in a state of ruin with the aim of converting it into a B&B. The project focused on restoration, energy efficiency, and sustainability, leveraging state incentives to support environmentally conscious interventions.

As Project Leader, I coordinated the design and renovation process, ensuring the villa’s historical character was preserved while modern systems for energy-saving and comfort were implemented. The project demonstrates how careful planning and sustainable strategies can revive heritage buildings, making them functional and environmentally responsible for contemporary use.
